re: Ann: Rosewood Plantation 21H No.1 Drillin... 70s flares may have been fun and I'm a big fan of the 70s... still... call me as evil or capitalistic as you like, but that flare is more beautiful. Unless maybe Agnetha Faltskog was wearing them.

I also considered that pictures can be deceiving (and jokingly wondered if the gas was coming from the mains or something... buy hey, I trust that it's a genuine picture of a genuine flare of the well they claim... this isn't HOG ;) ). I'm sure they look lots of pictures and used the most impressive one, but still, look at that flame; it's clearly a lovely big flare, even if it was only briefly that big. I'd kill to be there or even see a video of it rather than just a still.

I also take confidence from Big Mac. As you say, they know more than we do, so their vote of confidence says a lot.

If this well gushes out an IP of 1,000-2,000 BOPD what's everyone's estimates of the market reaction?
