eni own all the existing infrastructure. it will be much, much easier for all concerned for meo to divest 454 for some good coin and have eni to commit to blackwood and hopefully heron.

last few meo slide packs have made mention of divesting assets when/where appropriate. could be in for a nice surprise in the coming weeks.

less than 3 weeks now before eni must commit to blackwood and 4 weeks until heron UNLESS another mutually agreed delay (to allow a bigger deal involving 454, imho, to be formally agreed to)...
