Except that over a million have been sold off today already, and price is down 14.75% :(

It doesn't look good. No announcements, no directors buying, nothing at all to encourage buyers or holders.

This is looking more and more like a scheme by which the directors get rich while the shareholders get fleeced!

Sorry for the negativity - but there is no way that the share price reflects ANY of the supposedly valuable holdings of DGR. And we still produce nothing, zip, zilch. We have no income, and DGR just sells off shares in its holdings to pay for salaries and expenses.
