"...we have young teenagers (and younger) experimenting with high concentrate caffeine drinks."

So gives them the money and/or permission?
I realise that eventually kids will be old enough that you can't do anything about but up until then where are the responsible adults. Our son is 14 and has never had an energy drink and he knows full well why and is in complete agreement. He only get soft drink a couple of times a tear too.

"...we have teenagers attending parties and having perhaps had some exposure to designer drugs and now being sold on the alternative 'legal high' type party pills on the basis that they are not breaking any laws, when in reality, they are perhaps wrongly classified under some loose health supplement category."

Yeah I see what you're saying, but this aspect ties in nicely with some of the CT stuff we've talking about. If the population is dumbed down to the point where they see good and bad, right and wrong, safe and unsafe merely in terms of 'legal' or 'illegal' then we are left with a generation who cannot think or reason or employ common sense for themselves. in effect they have let the government work out their morality and do their thinking for them. After all, if it's legal it MUST be OK right?
