re: blood on the floor.......tastarga. tastarga...

I apply various conditions (rules) to any stock I consider worthy of a trade...if it qualifies, I trade it without question or emotion.

From this point onwards, the numbers are all that matter.

As for Peregrine (Frosty) and their particular trading antics...sometimes this sort of thing will rule a company out...but in YAM's case, it was a positive from a trading perspective.

They are very predictable in their trading patterns...and because they typically turn the volumes right up during the process, one can expect to see more than enough liquidity to keep any trader happy.

This volume increase is a key ingredient for me...not only because it affords one plenty of time to move in and out of the stock, but because the shear volumes traded also help ensure the underlying numbers are a true reflection of the actual the money flow...manufactured or otherwise.

Such hig volume pump and dumps require heavy initial buying from the instigators to get the ball rolling...as such, they need to be net buyers in the early phase of the process.

Once they become net sellers however, one needs to be very careful.

Depending on the maths involved, at this point, any sell-downs will either be defended and pushed to new highs, or simply allowed find it's own path.

Anyway...at the end of the day, what may have seemed like a risky trade to some, was as clear as day to me.

    Cheers!
