ProjectU I've TU'd a lot of your posts and with good reason. But I think you're talking rubbish on this issue. Sure, NC could get all combatitive and demand that the original agreements remain in effect. Do you doubt for one minute that AELB wouldn't be all over the LAMP like a rash in that event?? They have successfully changed the goal posts at least 3 times that I know of and I doubt this 4th time (or more) will be any different. In cases like this the rule of law is much less important that the rule of politicians and bureaucracies. You can fight them but you'll doubtless be left in limbo for several years while that's resolved. If you do win they'll have been publicly humiliated and made into powerful enemies. Better IMO to simply nod and truck the aggregate to Thailand. And decide that no further development will be in Malaysia.
