re: Ann: Noble Group Funds Kaboko, Appendix 3... I'm not sure they care too much. They have appointed one director and will shortly appoint a second. They will both draw salaries to help increase their return on investment.
In addition to that they get interest on the loan, they have security over the assets, they have (cheap) warrants and they get top up rights. It's water tight from Noble end of the deal.
