If regent have managed to sell their shares at 3.40, which appears to be the case. Why would the board decide to offer any more shares than they have to, at the discounted SPP price when clearly there's corporate interest at much higher price levels.
Saying that I hope I'm totally wrong and I get all my 15k's worth.
