jimbels, if they raise now (or any time in the future prior to having established credible, sustainable flowrates) it would have to be at 4.5c or less to get any takers at all from the public. Even then I have my doubts quite frankly. Were it not for the 'sophisticated investors' the last raising would not have been taken up fully either.
And it is not hard to guess where the SP is heading if they raise at a substantial discount. Time to nibble might be closer to 4 cents.
