Why is all the ansgt being squared at FMG?

There has been lots of talk re disclosure etc and why OBL made an announcement saying it would be done in 5 days.

Posters even suggesting that people are fools to think OBL jumped the gun.

Question.

If the "agreement" the two came to was such that requiried "disclosure" to the market, then why has FMG not been sent a please explain letter in relation to what transpired?

Perhaps the agreement was nothing more than a shake of hands and a gentlemens nod and OBL got a bit ahead of themselves??

Also surely after the 5 days, then 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, then 6 weeks etc passed surely!!! the OBL management started to say, "mmmm something not right here??"
and started to place alternate plans in place?

Just a thought.

I know where my stern questions would be heading if I held...... and it wouldn't be at FMG.
