as sick as this sounds (and i'm not trying to be funny) but it's time to sell when the world stops producing deaf people.
I honestly would like to see the day that happens, but until then, or until someone comes up with a better hearing device, why would you sell?
the world is producing more people and so it will continue to produce people with hearing impairment and as third world countries improve their living standards( think China and India) more deaf people will be able to afford Cochlear devices.
Hold, it's a no-brainer.
