its a buy on dips scenario to me, the parasites will have to cover eventually, and with nearly 70million shares short, could be very explosive if the Zircon market improves, if anyone notices today the institutions are not suppourting it, so far only 900,000 volume has traded today which tells me they want a little pullback.
