Lets start at the desal plant ....... Governments are the ultimate waste of money when it comes to this sort of thing. Really, I hope you don't believe that comment.

If a big investor or a power generator or whoever else cares in this, really wanted to buy into the technology, they could buy up the company for pocket change and negotiate themselves, not having to go via esi and their 'experts'. Would be less grief and done in half the time.

Something still smells big time IMO ............ If it was so great the sp should be higher IMO, risks included. I hope it turns around because I want an excuse to buy it but still can't find one yet. Although I do like rupes commentary and that is one reason to keep interested in it. :)
