1914 - i am sure production rates will improve, but I am also sure the line about expected improvements is also to appease any dissapointment stemming from these results. The timing fo the release adds weight to the thought that BPT new this was an average result. I still thinl BPTY is a great stock and a buy but many brokers may see this as a big negative as failure not only takes away upside but they will focus on the sunk costs
