Dott, there are plenty of factors at play on this stock, the corporate / commercial matters aside for a few moments and with all due respect to your trading strategy.

There are serious misgivings about factual capabilities and capacities with these project(s) which ever one is the flavour of the week.
The first principle ommisions from the company in terms of defining a conforming and saleable resource is alarming considering there is little in terms of convincing anybody that the resource is sustainably mineable at represented grades subsequent to trenching and sampling activities has effectively taken their slice of the pie. It kind of reads:"Why spoil a good story with drilling"
Another critical element is the logistics inbound as well as outbound (Supply and delivery chains) and not only routing but costing as well, there are arguments about options and plans A, plan B and whatever else and spreading risks etc. but no backing what so ever indicating actual consideration for useable routes and the associated costs and risk profiles of each. Some even suggests it feasible to haul at an unsustainably high cost.
Now in listing some other significant concerns you could add:
Funding / Debt / Cash Flows etc.
Engineering & support - The functional capacity there off in Zambia
Shareholders and traders Perceptions etc.
The list goes on and on - however can Manganese be mined in Zambia and directly shipped to various end users - YES, will it be mined by KAB, now that is a 10 million dollar or 180,000 ton proof in the pudding question
I trust you like many others can trade this stock for a profit, but fundamentally there are reservations from a significant following of this stock for reasons well scripted on Hot Copper.
