what's the tech advance that has made possible transmission over power lines? redundancy? highter speed?
why would the present carriers have gone to the trouble of duplicating a very expensive network installing co-ax if ordinary power trans cable is as good?
I'm not saying bb over power lines isn't possible - just asking what's made it that way.
