Final tender?..Sounds just like the readers digest competition IMO!...how many years has that been going on?

Now if BMB actually did something like roll up the sleeves and dug out silver at Monty Then the company would be flush with funds.Funds badly needed to replace plant and equipment
in a worn down TOGO industry.Then BMB would had been there and accepted years ago.

Anyhow whats wrong with the operator they have there? And what makes you all think BMB with no money or expertise could do better,than what is already established there?
