    Yeah they'll be ok. Probably get a mid tier company take FMG's place for their 25% and things will move along. If they're incredibly lucky they might get Backreef's 50% and then it's definitely interesting. I haven't changed my LT view. It's really now just about the deal that gets it done and the entry price for access to that deal.

    However without anything in place investors are going to want a decent discount for their placement money which is all my last post concerned.
