re: the beginning of the comeback? Yes - Lion King still up. But don't think Rodd cares. Easier to promote a sign with a Lion on it than an empty black billboard. Not costing anything to leave the Lion up there. Would cost more to take it down then have to put abseilers up there to take it down then put a new billboard up in a few months.
