Legume I have no idea what is going on.. but the trend is your friend here. I had to get in at $34, could no longer wait....
There is buying every week on a continuous basis... and it's been too steady to be a steady pump and dump.
It smells like the word has got out the this co is going private. It's been run badly for far too long and that brand is being damaged. It has a strategic position in the market and any private tilt at it would look at leveraging the brand to enter new businesses.
My two cents is that the market's realising this and valuing the company not on the basis of PE and on the basis of strategic fit and value to a potential acquirer.
