NVG are one of the many entities listed by DGR, and DGR are their major shareholder. They are/were a pure gold play, however it seems to me as though they have acquired the shale tenements in SA to on sell to sister company AJQ for some much needed cash to fund their Nevada gold drilling program.

NVG recently issued a lot of options and strike price of 1.3c in a recent capital raising, so I would expect them to flick the tenements to AJQ for $ receive a bounce in SP and then see options excercised.

If you are interested in shale I suggest AJQ would be one to look at, however I only hold DGR.
