Not uncommon to hear these sort of comments on Sky News Business (often on Your Money Your Call).
I always find it strange because you would think that if you spend all your time in the market you would at least have a base level of knowledge (name and industry) about the top 300-500 stocks. Blackthorn isn't tiny and has had plenty of attention for a year now since the drilling results at Kitumba.
Seems a lot of these guys just look at the banks all day.
Creates opportunities for those of us looking outside the ASX20 though.
