What I find interesting is that the loudest complaints of holders against using Fortrend are holders that would would not subscribe if there was a SH CR. I just dont know about these people, they want the company to provide leaps in SP without supplying the means, the capital to achieve that.
As a LT holder a appreciate that currently it is a difficult time to raise capital and although the SP is currently suffering, the small amount of dilution that is currently added will provide capital to progress and will mean the SP will recover.
I also realise that there will be times of weakness in the SP at times of capital raising, this is not a time to bag management or the company. If you believe in the company then its an opportunity, if you dont you are obviously in the wrong place.
If management achieve what they set out to do in 2013 like they did in 2012, then 6c will be a steal IMO.
