Please be nice. Jill is only doing her job.That job entails passing on information that she is given by Directors/Management.
Jill will pass on complaints to the appropriate party to try to get answers and reply with what she is told and is allowed to pass on to share holders.
I have met Jill and also had discussions on the phone and through Emails. Jill is a very nice Lady trying to do the job she is paid to do.
