    this thread is about the treatment of small shareholders. look up at the name of the thread.

    look at the annual report:

    the chairman owns 14.4% of the company. margaret and allan greenwell own 5.45%. these two holders alone hold nearly 20% of the company.

    you've written 'That means that the instos must hold around 600 - 700 million of WSA' without any proof or research. you're just guessing, and you are using false reasoning for composition of the raising that was chosen.

    if WSA wanted to distribute shares the way it did, it should have done a rights or entitlements issue and not done the placement. if it wanted to look after its small shareholders, it should have done the SPP and treated everyone equally, regardless of the size of their holdings to compensate for the fact that the placement went to institutions which didn't even have to be existing shareholders in the company.
