Thank you simplesimone. I wish me luck too. Of course if I get lucky, so do a lot of other people so I don't feel too selfish.

I also believe the best is yet to come for BTR.I've tried to tip BTR to every man and his dog. I still think it's good buying at these levels and a better place than most to park your money. Anyone who follows the news knows the world could fall apart financially in a hearbeat. Japan and their stimulus drive. The US and their stupidity. Europe and their stupidity. We live in a fragile environment where any little thing could tip the house of cards over. BTR could come good before the world goes to shinola, or it might have to weather another GFC or worse before it happens. I know from my conversations reported here with Scott that he and the BTR board are mindful of not over extending and throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Provided you have a long view I don't think you can lose money buying BTR at these levels. My guess is 1-2 years will see a peak of sorts when all the news is accumulated and a potental suitor for Mumbwa is found (or a takeover happens). If the world falls apart in that period then I'd say we're 5 years away from a peak. Time will tell.

DYOR. Stock analysis is not my day job
