i don't blame anyone who holds stock flagging a good announcement pre open but if you really think it's a great announcement, why would you tell everyone and pay higher?
it creates a larger gap up for existing holders to sell into increasing the chances of DTers buying open and getting burned on retrace imo
KRB a good example unless you were out early, most morning buyers got Bergened
