2 options for mngt IMO -

or pay 14m break fee, enough time wasting.

if the co is worth something to these fools they wont walk, and if not then ther probably wanst a deal there in the first place.

remove the "china only" spell that the co finds itself in, and others will come....might even find the steel mills re-engaging directly with sdl (no hanlong middle man door to door salesman involved)
