from my conversations with director Martin Blakeman,NRU will be looking to utilise existing coal wash plants on the chinese boarder to toll treat our coal.Very low cap expenditure to get this project into production,shallow open cut operation using contract mining company,so no need to purchase machinery.A market cap of less than 10mill is vey cheap compared to its coal peers.And dont forget,NRU is not a one trick pony,we also have swedish copper/gold project and rare earth and urainium assetts.
