    thats a good point, the SIA is highly conditional. Even if the vote finally goes ahead and they secure 75% yes vote, they have 4 weeks to pay up with plenty of get out clauses eg final NDRC approval, love that one.

    Yep! mngt certainly gave us shareholders the best deal possible...LOL
