If there was a functioning UN, fine......But it apppears it's only function, or main function is to bag the Israelis.
Let's face it, if the USA hadnot prodded the UN into doing the minimum that it is, this maniac Saddam would have kept on with his killings, nightly rapes, and god knows what.
It matters not if he has or has not WMD...... Any moral person knows that not only is he not fit to be free and alive, but to be the head of a country?
And is there anyone here who believes that if the US said and did nothing, that the UN would have lifted a finger or it's voice?
Better top get rid of the UN and start again.....It's f****d.

It's fatally flawed the way that it is. No good waffling on, well what have we got better, blah, blah...
We make something better and only countries with a democratic value system has any chance of getting in to begin with.
We work our way on from there.
