Serious allegations of what exactly? What's the new major breakthrough?
The problem is there has been this continuous running commentary by Mike Smith.... everything is passed as new or a massive breakthrough. That's his business, because people will lose interest if he isn't making progress on a daily basis.
Im going to rely on old fashion common sense gleaned from many years of watching Law and Order. If they don't have Wilson pointing the finger at Julia, they got nothing on Julia. It's that simple.
Blewitt has to overcome two obstacles - 1. Having smoking gun documents (which I doubt he has given he needs to be constantly coming back to police with "new information" and 2. Blewitt's witness credibility (remember Julie Bishop saying that she found him "not credible"). Questions in court will arise like 1. Who's funding your crusade? 2. Youre a criminal trying to save your hide, why should we believe you 3. Etc. Methinks lawyers will have a field day with him in court.
