Tim after Timeone notified ASX of the change in Sub Holder notice to WEG - SS & T lodged a beneficial interest notice with ASX on that stock - To my knowledge there has been no notification to ASX that SS & T no longer have a beneficial interest in the stock they claim Timeone had no authority to transfer to WEG.
Maybe its an oversight but SS & T should have lodged a ceasing to be a sub holder notice with ASXif it has been amicably sorted out -
