Oh well, back to the baked beans.
I know it will take a series of +ve announcements to lift this heavy ship but the squawking all last year said, two things will rocket this stock.
1. Successful production to spec and acceptance by customers.
2. Profit from point 1.
We all know of the court dates but they are directed mostly at the AELB process, not at Lynas. The AELB you can be sure has followed their process 100% and the court will find this to be the case.
I am almost certain of appeals (x2) unless the judge gets the sh*ts with SMSL and says bugger of tards and hits them hard both verbally and financially.
