    How good would it be if the retention lease was denied forcing the FPSO option due to the time and money wasting of all concerned. Then NXS might actually have to do some work for a change, although the Shell expense program will sink NXS. See misleading and deceptive conduct case of AGS a vs Heathgate General Atomics for processing overcharging.I
