Another one who doesn't read.
Yes, they took up their SPP allocation, but if you read the notes to the GM scheduled for today, you'll see that starting on pg 3, they are asking s/h's to approve the issue of 3,703,704 shares @ 2.7c ea to PB pursuant to the proposed placement...that's $100K, plus his SPP.
And the other directors follow suit with lesser amounts.
