Sypaladin,if joe and janette average worker had to compete with each other,all the tradies like plumbers and the like would also have to take a haircut,can I suggest to you this wont happen.

What of big business,have you noticed,their pricing mirrors,that of their competition?
What of a first term politician like the worldly wyatt roy,would he have to take a haircut?,well he should,he's just parrotting his old mans thoughts.

Again theres many ways to increase productivety without insisting workers wages need to drop,employing best practise,if implemented,would by its very nature create a productivety boost.
