Yes Bruce, safety is a massive cost to companies and twice as bad when it gets used against you.
No gloves can't work, no safety glasses can't work all at $20 a pair. God if only they would stop taking them home every night.
They don't have to buy them so they don't care, its your job to supply them they say or I will get the union in.
