june for the bolus maybe but for the unifill I am sticking to my prediction I made on 10 January re unifill reproduced below

We will not be asked to chip in again simply because the ATM will most likely go to selected investors in the USA freezing us out of everything except the dilution I expect the ATM to be visited before mid year possibly before May

I have no way of knowing when the next supply agreement will be signed but it is my belief that it will be by the end of Feb possibly the end of Jnuary.

I do not believe that it will be with Sanofi my reasons for this are the following
1. Sanofi renogiated the time period back to mid 2014 . If they intended to sign about now there was no need to renogiate.
2.The big fella has been down playing the importance of the agreement for some time now
I have threrefore drawn the conclusion that there will not be an agreement with sanofi before the second half of 2013 more likely the first half of 2014 (Love to be wrong but thats how I see it)

I think that it is possible that the unknown pharma will sign for at least one more geographic area between now and the end of June . My reason for this is that in order to keep their exclusivity for the area they have they have to increase their purchases by mid year to those in the agreement. They will not want to have large quantities sitting around for to long and therefore will begin releasing their product in the unifill onto the market The release of the product will blow away the secrecy and they therefore need to have as many geographic areas signed up as possible before their competition knows what they are up to.
It is therefore quite possible that we will know who the unknown pharma is by mid year

To which I add the unknown pharma is under more pressure the more time goes by AS they will want to turn the unifill from a secret for strtegic marketing reasons to a promotion point for marketing promotion purposes
