How often do you get to talk with Scientists? I hope you don't rely on chinese whispers, from the media?
I saw karl krusinski on the telly today discussing how the skin on our fingers and toes, "Probably" go wrinkly when wet so we had more grip when climbing on wet vines etc... back in the day.
Sounds plausible... yes... But the most interesting thing he said was at the end of the interview.
He qualified what he said by saying this theory is as much as we know now... and may change when we come to understand things better.
In other words the Science is never OUT!!! As the media would have you believe, for example you hear the media say "the science is out on AGW". Sorry it's never out, and it's very arrogant to say so.
