Hanlong owned back then ~ 18% of Sdl...they are the biggest shareholders
First Sdl is no luxury car...we have potential...but no speed
We are no house..we are a block of land...u can't live in it
When Hanlong launched the SOA it was cconditional..on many factors
Sdl has an asset which to is worthless without funding
A decaying asset in a world of decaying big caapex spends
Sdl is a forced seller...we are not able to sit n wait for years as we " finish the house"..
Too many of u believe in "what if"....9/10 don't happen
We had to do a deal....no other option existed
