Your comment below unfortunately lends credibility to the suggestion you are an amatuer. Prus market cap is apprx 80% higher than PIRs and this is even after the recent fall. Why you would look at the SP as a measure of relative worth I have no idea
As for your cashflow comment , I am expecting a potential requirement for more debt or a CR. if you look at cash , consider lowish production of which a fair chunk is sold at the low hedge price , cashflow relative tight .
