I guess saying all charts are irrelevant except the 2008 chart, that is similar to saying all grades are irrelevant except the 55% grade. Both statements are wrong. But both claims have been made on HC.
It's certainly primarily news driven. But that doesn't mean charts are irelevent.
For mine 1.2c seems more important. It peaked at 1.5c but had trivial volume. You look at 1.4c and volume was also thin. Most volume on the 17th was at 1.2 and 1.3c with the vwap just below that point. So the "average" punter would be sitting on 1.2c
But being news driven, the right news would still smash through that resistance point. Not sure if meeting license conditions is 'the right' news. Their is probably more significant events on the horizon.
But if their is another delay then all bets are off and we will retest 0.6c levels.
