I found it strange that this author/expert does not provide any details about his educational background and experiences on his report.
The institute lists him on their web as a "research associate". I did a cursory check of a few other research associates listed in his department "Nuclear Engineering & Facility Safety" and 7 out of 10 listed their education and experience. He is one of the three not providing info ... why the reluctance ... I mean he is supposed to be an "expert" ....
