Ron - what makes you so sure that LCY will vote no against the resolutions?
Has someone indicated that this is their intention. Not trying to be antagonistic but just curious as I can see a few possibilities.
If LCY/NMDC want the iron and HAW/Chinese want to further their gold interests then in that scenario LCY could vote with them for all current resolutions at the AGM tomorrow and in reciprocation the HAW board and chinese investors voting for a Mt Bev buyout figure at an EGM sometime in the future (hopefully before 2025).
Now i'm not saying that this would happen and perhaps LCY will vote against all resolutions and it will be game on with the Chinese wanting to hold onto 40% of Mt Bevan through HAW.
I just raise the idea - HAW AGM will be intriguing tomorrow and I'll be interested to hear your report/thoughts.
Cheers, DW
