Why do we need a trading halt. If there is a delay just come out and say it. They must know whether they have the termsheet or not.
On the hand they could be negotiating for another dateline which IMO is a f**king waste of time anyway as it has never been met. Might as well give Howlong a blank sheet and say whenever you are ready and fill in the blanks yourselves.

Baukaw my money is it will not be another 4 to 5 weeks as you think, as CNY is 2 weeks away and China shuts down another 2 weeks after that.
