Thanks GFM - I will be interested to hear the reply. According to the top 20 at 05/10/12 the loan stock total was 2,572,477 - The 5 director 3bs in January 2012 showed 800k at $3.78 VWAP

Q1 - was this 800k issued as new stock or bought on market

Q2 - where did the other 1,772,477 come from ? were they issued or bought on market

Q3- if they were bought on market when were they bought

Q4- How many more can they buy or issue ?

Q5- How many more are they intending to buy or issue

Q6- Is it true shareholders will not know how many have been bought unless they buy a current copy of the top twenty or wait until the 2013 annual report comes out ?
