Anton, I think the company said on the 14th Jan that in the next 3 weeks they expect the remaining licenses to be granted... 2 of those 3 weeks have passed and we are in the 3rd week now so if that timetable is stuck to (as it's only an estimation after all) then we could have another positive announcement sometime in next 4 trading days... And a little SP spike could occur.. Let's hope so anyway!
