It's a terrible event the last few days for those impacted. Many left after the last flooding others remained looking ahead at brighter times although i think after this the numbers packing up & relocating will be much greater with many of those that do remain probably giving it one last shot.
I was watching some coverage & alot of people still awaiting the insurance claim settlements from the last time the water came --- could be good in a way that atleast those still waiting have not rebuilt or repaired to only be written off again.
Although you'd also have to think insurance companies have now benefitted by delaying these long overdue claims ? Hopefully their not starting a trend there
