Max, I look at it the other way around. An announcement saying that the submission to RAC had been been made would be price sensitive but positively price sensitive at a time when we need the sp to be as high as it can be if there is to be capital raising. If the RAC submission had been made I am sure management would not miss the opportunity to release positive news. The fact that there is no release tells me we missed the deadline.
I don't know whose head you are expecting to roll or who the executioner should be but I am pretty confident that we will have to wait until the June meeting to put our case.
